To reset your password, open the app and go to “Sign Up with Email” > “Already have an account? Login” > “Forgot your password.” Enter the email address associated with your Pursue account and follow the instructions sent to your email. Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.

While no system is perfect, we continually improve our accuracy based on user feedback and data analysis.
To delete your account, go to the accounts section at the top right, select “Help and Support,” and request account deletion. Follow the prompts to confirm. This action is irreversible and will permanently remove all data associated with your account. If you recreate your profile, you’ll start as a new user without access to previous data.
